Shipping Policy
Unlike the majority of web businesses that have additional rules and a million conditions, The Premium Leathers Jackets has free worldwide shipping, on all orders over $100. If an order is under $100, shipping will be a charge of $20. Just because shipping is free doesn’t mean that it should be a long time before you receive your order. As we want your items as fast as you do, we always process every order as quickly as we can.
Furthermore, all of our regular orders usually ship within 10 business days to the location you provide. However, it can take as much as 15 business days for your item to be shipped.
We also try to minimize fulfillment time for custom orders too, usually shipping in 3-4 weeks, but since all custom orders are different, we can’t give a pre-determined fulfillment date. A customer ordering custom jackets or apparel can ask for a delivery date from a Customer Support Agent when going over their order. For customers ordering items that have a set date, we encourage customers to let the Customer Support team know the delivery date they want.
We are pleased to accept and ship orders to all countries except Russia, Brazil, Israel, Iran, Iraq, and OFAC/Sanctioned Countries. In order to ensure our customers a premium courier service, all orders are shipped through Express Deliveries only using carriers like DHL, FedEx, TNT, etc. Once we ship the items, they usually take 3 business days for the items to be delivered to your address. We reserve the right to use the courier of our choice to use the most efficient method of getting the product to you.
All orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU ) basis. This means the prices of goods do not include VAT or any taxes or duties. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Before you purchase, please check with your applicable country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.
For your safety and security, we do not deliver to APO, FPO, or PO box addresses. In addition to the above, all shipments will also require a signature upon delivery.
Once we ship the order and send you tracking number, the customer is responsible for contacting the courier. If they hold your order for any reason, or are unable to deliver for any reason, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the courier.
For buyers who purchase multiple jackets, or from the same customer order multiple times, we will usually ship in one parcel. However, depending on what is purchased, it may be shipped in more than one parcel.
Once payment is received, the buyer will receive an email confirming their order.

Premium Leathers Jackets is an international business and we ship from several countries including the U.S, U.K, Europe, and Asian countries. Regardless of where your item is shipped from, it will always go through our quality inspection, and we firmly believe in our product. We may ship your order from overseas for faster shipping time. If the piece arrives and you are not satisfied, you are welcome to claim based on our Return and Exchange policy.
